Terms and conditions of sale

Parties
The Seller is Posh Piercing, Munkegata 1, 0656 Oslo, info@poshpiercing.com, (+47) 96880439, with organization number 996058506, and is hereinafter referred to as the Seller or Posh Piercing. The buyer is the consumer who places the order and is referred to in the following as the buyer/purchaser.

Price
The stated price for the goods and services is the total price to be paid by the buyer. This price includes all taxes and additional costs. The Buyer shall not be liable for any additional costs that the Seller has not informed the Buyer of prior to the purchase.

Payment
Payment for products is made when ordering goods, through the online store’s payment solutions.

Delivery
Products in the online store are available in stock in Oslo, Norway. Items are shipped from stock within 24 hours of ordering (or the first business day if it is a weekend/holiday). Within Norway, goods are shipped with RFID tracking and delivered to the mailbox. Overseas, goods are sent by regular mail.

Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day open purchase on unopened products.

Piercing is a hygiene product, and is delivered in a sealed transparent bag. In order to assure our customers (including you) that the piercings have not been used by anyone else, product cannot be returned once the sealed bag has been opened.

Returns
When returning, it is important that order number and / or the invoice itself is included in the shipment, otherwise it is not possible to link the return to the order itself. Feel free to return the package with tracking to ensure that it arrives (the seller cannot take responsibility for returned packages that do not arrive).

If the entire order is returned, the shipping costs for dispatch will also be refunded (but returns are covered by the buyer).

If only parts of the order are to be returned, the buyer is asked to contact the seller (Posh Piercing) before the sealed bag is opened.

Complaint handling
If a problem arises with a product after the sealed bag has been opened, this will be treated as a normal complaint. The seller (Posh Piercing) will do our best to find a solution to this. However, please note that damage or problems caused by the end user or through normal wear and tear will not be covered.
It is important to contact Posh Piercing before returning any damaged product.

Conflict resolution
In the unlikely event that it is not possible to reach an agreement, and you wish to complain about the decision and/or user support, the matter can be taken up with ODR (Online Dispute Resolution Center), which is an EU governed impartial complaint authority.
