Returns and exchanges for purchases in studio (store)
At Posh Piercing, hygiene and safety are always a top priority.
1) Purchases in the studio are generally final
For purchases in the studio, we do not offer a general open purchase.
This means that jewelry cannot normally be returned or refunded if the customer regrets, buys incorrectly or changes their mind.
2) Returns are only possible if the seal is unbroken
We can still offer returns in some cases, but only if the following are met:
– The jewelry is unused
– The jewelry is in its original packaging
– The jewelry is vacuum packed or sealed
– The seal is completely unbroken
– The customer has a receipt
If the packaging has been opened or the seal broken, we cannot accept returns for hygienic reasons.
3) Jewelry cannot be tried on
For hygienic reasons, jewelry cannot be tried on before purchase.
Jewelry that has been tried on or handled as a “test” cannot be returned.
4) Important: The customer must inform about the need for a return option at the time of purchase
If the customer wants the option of returning the item, this must be stated before the purchase is made.
We will then ensure that the item is delivered in correctly sealed packaging.
If this is not clarified at the time of purchase, we cannot normally take the item back afterwards.
5) Complaints about faults or defects
If the item has a manufacturing defect, the right of complaint applies in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven).
Please contact us as soon as possible with a receipt and photo, and we will find a solution.
