For both your and our safety, we have since March 2020 introduced a number of new routines & upgrades, so that everyone can feel safe.
- Contactless (QR code) registration via their own phone, to avoid customers having to wait in the waiting room
- Word of mouth to employees to minimize the likelihood of potential infection
- Gloves changed at every customer or more often (standard practice)
- Extra frequent washing with alcohol on surfaces and contact points.
- HEPA ventilation (standard practice) * All customers are treated in separate rooms, with one to one treatment (standard practice)
- All employees wear healthcare clothing (standard practice)
- Standard routines beyond this are no jewelry on arms and hands, hair in elastic (standard practice)
- We also encourage everyone to use contactless payment/ Card
- In the entrance area there is a 70% isopropyl mixture that you can use before entering the waiting room in addition to encouragement regarding infection control in our premises.
- We recommend that customers come freshly showered, come alone, and wear a face mask while on the premises. It is also important that the customer stays at home if they feel any cold/covid symptom
- In addition to this, we strictly follow recommendations from WHO & NHI.
